With over 25 years of experience, Susan leads Keister Consulting, Inc. with a practical, landowner-focused approach. She holds a B.S. in Forestry from SUNY ESF and serves on the Executive Committee of the Empire State Forest Products Association. She’s also an active member of the Society of American Foresters.

Mark is a retired NYS DEC forester with decades of field experience. He holds a B.S. from SUNY ESF and is a certified pesticide applicator, bringing practical insight and regulatory expertise to every project.

Kyle holds an A.A.S. in Forestry from Paul Smith’s College and brings hands-on experience as the owner/operator of Pollise Forest Management Services. He supports the team with practical field skills and a strong focus on sustainable forest practices.

Jarrod transitioned from graphic design to forestry, bringing a unique perspective to the field. He holds an Associate’s degree from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh and is a licensed pesticide applicator as well as an SFI-qualified logging professional.

Jan manages daily office operations, overseeing invoicing, scheduling, and reporting. She holds an Associate’s Degree from Western Oklahoma State and ensures smooth support for all consulting activities.

Barb holds an M.A. from Duke University’s School of Forestry and Environmental Management and provides technical expertise in GIS and mapping. Her work supports accurate, detailed spatial analysis for forestry and land management projects.

Ella provides emotional support as a certified good girl and is training to become a licensed therapy dog. She’s also undergoing water training and is an active member of the Genesee Region Newfoundland Club.
